Classic Rolls
When I have a little more time on hands, these roll recipes are the ones I turn to. Even though they take a little more time to make, you can easily whip them up in an afternoon before dinner time. Since they have longer rises, they're even more light and tender than the quick yeast bread recipes, and totally delicious!
These pull-apart rolls have the best texture, and they're so soft and fluffy! I don't make them as often as I should, but every time I do I'm reminded of just how fantastic they are!
My husband and I held a luncheon for family and close friends at the Lion House in Salt Lake City, Utah, just after we were married, so it has a special place in my heart. Their rolls are AMAZING, and I love that they've shared their recipe so everyone can enjoy them at home!

Years ago, I baked all of my family's bread, and this honey wheat sandwich bread was one of the two recipes I made most often. It's perfect for sandwiches, and is sturdy while still being light and fluffy.
This Irish soda bread is too good to save just for St. Patrick's Day! The orange zest and raisins add so much flavor to the bread, and it's delicious with a warm drink on the side. We really like to enjoy it as a simple breakfast with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs.
This is my other favorite sandwich bread recipe, in addition to the honey wheat bread above. It's light and fluffy, and stays together perfectly for sandwiches. I've tried a lot of bread recipes that are crumbly or thick and dense, and this sandwich bread is head and shoulders above the rest.
Happy bread-making!
