Cheeseburger Macaroni Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 package Hamburger Helper® mix for Cheeseburger Macaroni
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 5 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
- Place ground beef and onion in a large pot or Dutch oven. Cook until beef is browned; drain.
- Stir in Hamburger Helper® sauce mix powder, water, tomatoes {with liquid}, basil, salt, and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in Hamburger Helper® macaroni and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes longer. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
