This Creamy Ranch Cucumber Salad was inspired by a very similar non-Ranch creamy cucumber salad version my family enjoys. In fact, it's one of our favorite ways to enjoy summer's garden-fresh cucumbers.
While that salad isn't difficult to pull together, I wanted to create an even easier and quicker version ... one that's super kid-friendly, too. And when I think of kids enjoying vegetables, I immediately think of Ranch dressing. {Right?}
So I decided to use that ever-kid-popular dressing as the major component for this Creamy Ranch Cucumber Salad. And oh my gosh, it's good!
Quick. Easy. Yummy. And a hit with the young and not-so-young, too. Truly, it may just be the perfect easy summer side!
