Gingerbread White Russian
Gingerbread White Russian jazz up the classic White Russian combination of Kahlua, vodka, and cream with traditional gingerbread spices to create one totally tasty cocktail that's perfect for the holidays.
You know some things I'm a total sucker for? Great holiday cocktails.
Kahlua.
And the fabulous flavors of gingerbread.
Which means I have absolutely zero restraint when it comes to this Gingerbread White Russian. Because this fun and festive Christmas cocktail beautifully combines all three of these wonderful things.
This cocktail takes the classic White Russian combination of Kahlua, vodka, and cream and jazzes it up with traditional gingerbread spices to create one totally tasty cocktail that's perfect for the holidays.
With its great Christmas-spice flavor from ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, not only does this Gingerbread White Russian taste fabulous ... it's really easy to make, too.
Start by placing some vanilla vodka in a cocktail glass.
A traditional White Russian uses regular vodka, but vanilla vodka brings an extra hint of sweetness to this gingerbread version.
Then stir the spices ... cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves ... into the vodka until well combined. Adding the spices with the vodka helps them more readily combine into the finished cocktail than if they're stirred in at the very end.
Next stir in a good dose of Kahlua and a little cream, and top it off with a few ice cubes.
See? ... easy.

Garnish each cocktail with a cinnamon stick or, for an extra dash of holiday spirit, a mini gingerbread cookie.
My Gingerbread Cookie Bites are just the perfect little cuties for the job!
