There really is nothing better than a summer picnic! Our weather has been all over the place here in Portland lately. It's been going back and forth between way too hot (101 degrees?!?) and too cold. The forecast for this coming week is going to be warm and sunny, though, and I am excited to plan a fun family picnic for this week! I've teamed up with some friends to gather our favorite picnic recipes to share with you. We've got everything you need, from side dishes and salads, all the way to dessert. Happy picnicking!
