- 2 tsp. honey for each apple
- 1 tsp. chopped pecans for each apple {optional}

- Wash and core each apple, hollowing out the inside while leaving the bottom intact.
- Place apples in a baking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the cavity of each apple with cinnamon; fill each with 2 teaspoons honey and 1 teaspoon chopped pecans {optional}.
- Cover baking dish with foil. Bake at 350℉ until apples are tender, about 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on variety and size of apples.
