Twix Cheesecake Pie
Love Twix candy bars? Then you'll love them even more when they're surrounded by creamy cheesecake in this scrumptious Twix Cheesecake Pie.
Can you guess what my favorite candy bar is? I'll give you a little hint ... it's mixed in with totally yummy cheesecake to make this totally scrumptious pie! {Okay, so that may have been a big hint.}
Yes, my absolute favorite candy bar is Twix. With their creamy caramel and chocolate coating mixed with the crunch of their crisp cookie center, I truly can't get enough of them. They're the perfect combination of the sweet and crunchy combo I crave.
Give me a choice from a selection of candy bars, and I'll take a Twix every time.
A good dose of chopped Twix bars is stirred into the cheesecake mixture to bring that Twix deliciousness throughout the whole pie.
I have certainly been known to raid my daughter's Halloween, Easter, or "whenever" candy to pick through for all the Twix, too. She's even gotten to the point where she just sorts through her candy and sets them aside for me. Such a sweet little girl!
So, just how can you make a Twix bar even better?
Bake it into a Twix Cheesecake Pie, of course!
In this scrumptious pie, chopped Twix candy bars are surrounded by a creamy cheesecake filling, topped with more chopped Twix, and then drizzled with ooey-gooey caramel ice cream topping.
And this pie is pretty simple to make, too.
Just like my favorite No-Bake Snicker Bar Pie and No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie, it starts with a prepared crust, which makes preparing the pie super easy. This cheesecake pie uses an 8-inch chocolate cookie pie crust.
After the pie is baked, more chopped Twix are sprinkled on top and melt just a little bit to adhere nicely to the pie.
The crust is then filled with a basic cheesecake mixture of cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. A good dose of chopped Twix bars is stirred into the cheesecake mixture to bring that Twix deliciousness throughout the whole pie.
Then, after the pie is baked, more chopped Twix are sprinkled on top and melt just a little bit to adhere nicely to the pie.
Let me tell you, this cheesecake pie is so yummy, it's worth buying a little extra Halloween candy to make it. Yes, it's a perfect way to use up that leftover Halloween candy. Or, hey, ... just go ahead and confiscate all the kids' Twix bars {like I do} as soon as they get home from trick-or-treating.
After just one bite of the deliciousness of Twix Cheesecake Pie, they won't even mind.
