Candy Bar Cheesecake Pie
What to do when you've got candy overload? Use that candy to make Candy Bar Cheesecake Pie! With just about any combination of leftover Halloween candy {or Christmas or Easter candy, for that matter}, you can bake up this totally tasty pie.
Yes, until we had our sweet 7-year-old Little Miss H. join our family 2 years ago, I truly had no understanding of just how much candy overload comes along with having a kid. With Halloween trick-or-treating and fall festival events, followed by Christmas parties, Valentine's candy exchanges, and then Easter egg hunts and bunny visits, there seems to be a never-ending stream of candy flowing through our life.
What's a girl to do with all that candy?
Well, aside from gobbling it up straight-up or {admittedly} making some of it disappear in the garbage can, whipping up this creamy, chocolatey Candy Bar Cheesecake Pie is a great option.
Want all Milky Way? Sure. Are Snickers more your thing? Go for it. Want to use a mixture of all those scrumptious candy bars in your youngins' trick-or-treat bag? That's the most yummy combination of all!
In the pictured version, I used a combination of Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Muskateers, and Twix inside the pie.
Then I used the same combo plus some plain M&Ms on the top. We found out through trial-and-error that M&Ms inside the pie stay intact and add a crunchy element to the pie's texture ... which is fine, but we prefer our pie's cheesecake filling to stay creamy. So we sprinkle just a few M&Ms on top for fun. Because they give the cheesecake pie such a pretty little pop of color.
So, if like us, you find yourself experiencing candy overload ... whether that be with leftover Halloween candy or one of the many other candy-loaded times of the year, ... give this fun and tasty Candy Bar Cheesecake Pie a try.
It sure is a tasty little remedy for candy overload!
