Thank you so much to DelightFulls Filled Baking Morsels for sponsoring creation of this pie and this post.

The holidays are upon us! And along with the holidays comes holiday baking ... one of my absolute, absolute favorite things about the holiday season. And this holiday season, there's an exciting new product to create with when it comes to baking up delicious treats ... Nestlé® Toll House® DelightFulls™ Filled Baking Morsels.
Haven't yet met these little beauties? Well please allow me to introduce you ... 'Cause trust me, you want to meet them.
DelightFulls Filled Baking Morsels are essentially the Nestlé Toll House chocolate chips we know and love stuffed full with yummy filling. How cool is that?
There are four two-in-one flavors ... milk chocolate with caramel, dark chocolate mint, milk chocolate peanut butter, and dark chocolate with cherry flavored filling. They're all so fabulous that when it came time for me to create with these fun little morsels, I had a really hard time choosing which flavor to start with.
As you probably guessed from the Grasshopper pie, I decided to start with dark chocolate mint DelightFulls ...
A very scrumptious, creamy, delicious, minty and chocolate-y Grasshopper Cheesecake Pie, to be exact. Studded on the top and bottom with DelightFulls Filled Baking Morsels.
See them scattered all along the bottom of the crust? And sprinkled on top under the chocolate drizzle?
The minty morsels add a perfect jolt of dark chocolate and mint to the creamy cheesecake filling. Oh my, they're good.
I seriously had to work hard to resist eating the DelightFulls by the hand full. {Okay, so I may or may not have been successful at that. I plead the 5th.}
I absolutely can't wait to create with the cherry flavored DelightFulls. I have so many ideas for those! And the peanut butter ones! And the caramel! I have so many ideas for all of the DelightFulls, really. The baking possibilities with these fun two-in-one-flavor beauties are truly endless.
And now that I've created this Grasshopper Cheesecake Pie, I can't wait to come up with more tasty DelightFulls creations.
So which DelightFulls flavor would you create with first? What fun, innovative ideas do you have for including them in your holiday baking?? Nestlé's got lots of DelightFulls recipe ideas for ya if you're stuck!
Hmmmm, while you give that some thought, don't mind me ... I'll just be over here gobbling up a slice of this yummy pie.

Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 3/4 granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 2 T. white creme de cacao liqueur
- 1/4 c. green creme de menthe liqueur
- 3/4 c. Nestlé® Toll House® DelightFulls™ Filled Baking Morsels with Mint Filling
- 1/4 c. Nestlé® Toll House® DelightFulls™ Filled Baking Morsels with Mint Filling, chopped
- 1/4 c. Nestlé® Toll House® semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. shortening
- PREPARE THE CRUST: Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; toss with a fork until crumbs are well moistened. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate {do not press crumb mixture onto the rim of the pie plate ... it will brown too much during baking).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
- PREPARE THE FILLING: Sprinkle DelightFulls Filled Baking Morsels evenly over cooled crust.
- Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add creme de cacao and creme de menthe; beat until well combined and uniform in color.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes, until filling is set but still a tiny bit jiggly in the center.
- Remove from oven and cool on the counter for one hour.
- PREPARE THE TOPPING: Sprinkle chopped DelightFulls Filled Baking Morsels over the top of the cooled cheesecake pie. Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and shortening in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave at medium power for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate chips are melted and smooth. If necessary, microwave at medium power for an additional 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
- Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the cheesecake pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
Enjoy!
